I remember opening my studio door after some time away and saw the flowers, luminous in a vase on the window sill. I thought, "O, who brought me flowers?" I was sure they were freshly collected flowers until I walked across the room and saw that the daffodils in the pitcher were the knitted ones I had made months ago. They looked so real; they fooled me.
That made me smile.
And I have a hunch that making these daffodils will make you smile: make them for your own pleasure or to decorate a Spring table or felted purse - I have so many ideas to share with you! and lots of beautiful purse decoration styling suggestions for you to try.
